Recently the price for medical products has considerably grown, that compels patients to search for replacement to expensive medicines. Doctors advise to use generics – the medical products officially made «under recipes» original patent analogues.

The main reason of high cost of medical preparations – dearness of manufacture. The original preparation passes a full cycle of experimental and clinical researches for which huge means are spent. Each manufacturer is obliged to prove, that its analogue on quality and influence does not differ from the original. Only after observance of all rules the preparation leaves in mass production. Such control generics pass only unitary, therefore in the future, of course, there is a risk of decrease in their quality, for example, if for manufacture less qualitative components start to be used. However such cases – a subject of criminal prosecution, therefore they are rather rare, and for the known companies and are not so characteristic.

The science is not necessary on a place: annually in the world there are tens the new medicines which efficiency, it is unconditional, above, than at preparations of the previous generation. However, if for adjustment of their manufacture while it is not enough means, release of generics – unique possibility to provide sick of accessible qualitative medicines. However, such is a state of affairs not only in Russia. In the USA where norms of the control of medical products are very strict, every second preparation – a generic.
